How do I use these tips?

• Select the tip you wish to use
• Cut off about 2 ½ inches from the bottom of the silicone pastry bag included.
• Push the tip through the inside of the bag and out of the hole you created at the bottom of the bag.
• If the tip doesn't go through the hole, take it out and cut a little more off the bottom of the bag.
• The bag needs to be tight around the tip. 
• Fill the bag with your favorite wipped cream recipe.
• Pinch the top of the bag to close and seal and the squeeze the bag and the piping mix will come out of the tip and create a beautiful flower.

Wipped Cream Recipe

Ingredients
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions
Place a metal mixing bowl and metal whisk into the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes.

Place the sugar into the mixing bowl and add the whipping cream. Whisk just until the cream reaches stiff peaks. Store any unused portion in an airtight container for up to 10 hours. When ready to use, rewhisk for 10 to 15 seconds. 
You can add a teaspoon of vanilla extract for a little extra flavor.

You can add food coloring for more beautiful looking.

If you need to make it thicker, put it in the freezer for 3-5 minutes. Repeat if it gets soft again. Or, add powdered sugar to it. Keep trying! Soon, you'll be making beautiful flowers on your cakes.
